Submit a tool

Last updated 7 Aug 2026

ClickTug lists adult AI tools and publishes how many real people click through to each one. Listing is free.

To submit, write to hello@clicktug.com with your product URL and the four policy links below.

What we require before we will review a submission

A published price, with actual numbers. A pricing page on your own site is the usual way to satisfy this. An App Store or Google Play listing counts too: those figures are published by you, they are checkable by anyone, and requiring a web pricing page from a product that sells only through a store would be a rule about your distribution rather than about your transparency.

What does not count is a price that exists only behind a signup, an age gate or a support conversation. “Contact us” is a legitimate business model and an illegitimate directory listing, because there is nothing for a reader to compare.

A public privacy policy that says how long you keep user content, whether you train on it, and how someone deletes it.

A public acceptable use policy that states what your service prohibits.

A public minor safety policy. A statement of how your service prevents and responds to content involving minors.

If any of those four is missing, the submission is declined at the first step. That requirement alone excludes a meaningful part of this market, and it is meant to.

What we will not list

We do not accept products that are principally designed for:

  • removing clothing from photographs of real people;
  • generating sexual imagery of an identifiable person without documented consent;
  • sexual imagery of public figures;
  • anything involving minors, or people represented as minors;
  • distributing intimate images of a person who did not consent to their distribution.

This is not buried in our terms and it is not negotiable at any price. Our content policy explains why, and explains that the boundary is enforced by our software rather than by our goodwill: a listing describing an excluded capability cannot be saved to our content store, so it cannot be published.

Submitting a product in one of those categories will not get a reply.

How review works

  1. You submit. Product URL plus the four policy links.
  2. We check the four policies and confirm the product is inside what we cover.
  3. We use the product, including signing up, so we can record what signup actually requires.
  4. We write the listing. Pricing tiers, free-tier terms, whether a card is needed to start, platforms, generation modes, retention, training, deletion, payment methods, company and jurisdiction, each with the vendor page it was read from.
  5. We publish it, with today’s date and the name of whoever checked it.

Nothing goes live automatically. There is no self-service publishing on this site, for moderation, quality and legal reasons that should be obvious given the category.

What a listing gets you

Measured discovery. Once a listing has enough tracking history and enough views for the number to mean anything, its page shows how many real people clicked through to you. That figure is on the page where buyers can see it. Our methodology states exactly what is counted.

A verifiable count. Our outbound links are direct links to your site carrying a ref=clicktug parameter, and we do not suppress the referrer. Your own analytics will show our referrals. If your number and ours disagree by more than twenty percent, tell us and we will publish the reconciliation.

An accurate listing. Written by someone who used the product, rechecked on a schedule, and corrected within a day of you telling us something is wrong.

What a listing does not get you

A ranking you can buy. There is no paid placement in any ranking on this site and there will not be one. If we ever sell placement it will be labelled on the page rather than in a disclosure nobody reads.

Copy approval. We write the verdict and the limitations. You can correct a fact; you cannot edit an opinion.

A guarantee it stays up. Listings are removed when a product shuts down, stops being verifiable, or adds a capability we exclude.

Corrections

Already listed and something is wrong? Report the listing. Corrections from the vendor about their own product are the fastest kind for us to verify, and we have never asked anyone to buy anything to have a factual error fixed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to be listed?

Nothing. Listing is free and there is no paid placement in any ranking on this site. Some outbound links carry a partner parameter and are marked on the listing when they do; partner status never affects click counts, ordering or what a listing says.

How long does review take?

Days rather than hours. We read your pricing page, your privacy policy, your acceptable use policy and your minor safety policy, and we use the product. A submission missing any of those four pages is declined at the first step, which is most of what takes time out of the process.

Can I write my own listing?

No. We write every listing, which is the point of the site. You can correct a factual error at any time and we will fix it quickly, but the description, the verdict and the limitations are ours.

What if you decline my tool?

We tell you why. If the reason is a missing policy page you can publish one and resubmit. If the reason is that your product falls outside what we cover, resubmitting will not change the answer.
