There is no contact form on this site. Email reaches a person faster and leaves you holding a copy of what you sent.

Which address

hello@clicktug.com for submissions, corrections, press, partnerships and everything general.

removals@clicktug.com for anything that concerns you personally, including a listing that names or depicts you, or a listed service that has been used against you. This address is separate and monitored on a faster clock. See the removal request page for what to include.

Faster routes for common things

• Your tool is listed and something is wrong. Report the listing. Corrections from the vendor about their own product are the quickest for us to verify.
• You want your tool listed. Read what we require first. A submission missing any of the four required policy links is declined at the first step, so sending them up front saves a round trip.
• You want your tool delisted. Say so and we will remove it. We do not ask why.
• You want to know how the click figures work. That is all on the methodology page, including what we exclude and what we deliberately do not.

What to expect

We aim to reply within two working days, and within 48 hours for anything sent to the removals address.

If we cannot help, we will say so plainly and point you somewhere that can rather than leaving the message unanswered.

What we do with your message

We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about, then we delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
